At Reema Rose, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are always protected.

Return Condition: Items must be new, unused, and include original tags and packaging

Return Time Frame

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must include all original tags and packaging
• Items must not show signs of damage, washing, or excessive wear

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for products with major failures.

You are also entitled to have products repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the issue does not amount to a major failure.

These consumer rights apply independently of and in addition to our voluntary 30-day return policy.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery at hello@reemarose.com.au
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return approval and instructions
4. Securely package your item and follow the provided return instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping will be provided at no cost to you.

Change-of-mind returns

If you ordered the wrong item, selected the wrong size, or no longer want the product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour, or style, we recommend following the standard return process and placing a new order for your preferred item once your return has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described under Australian Consumer Law:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Items missing original tags or packaging
• Hygiene-sensitive items such as underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, or similar garments
• Final sale or clearance items where specified

Deductions & Partial Refunds

If returned items show signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product, we may apply a deduction to the refund amount to reflect the reduced value of the goods, as permitted under Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the matter with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processing or dispatched and will need to follow the standard return process.
